Common Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance, especially for weekends. For weddings, quinceañeras, and full ranch rentals, 2–4 weeks ahead is ideal.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, we offer a rescheduling credit. This will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Do I need riding experience?
Not at all. Most of our guests have never ridden a horse before. Our guides handle everything — you just enjoy the experience.
What if it rains?
Light rain usually isn't an issue — rides still happen. Severe weather results in a reschedule or full refund. We monitor weather closely.
How does payment work?
Full payment is collected at the time of booking through our secure checkout. We accept all major credit cards.
Can I bring my own photographer?
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Our team coordinates with your photographer to ensure the best possible shots.
